Wrong Price

Grocery shopping and charged the wrong price on a marked down item in the reduced buggy. They should of given it free to me since the scanner rang up wrong(Pennsylvania Law) but prob. isnt enforced much unless you insist on it and bring it to their attention. Anyone else have this Law in their State would like to hear from ya?
